The role of the Chambre immobilière de l’Estrie in terms of its members is to:

The Chambre immobilière de l’Estrie also takes its public role to heart. It works to:

  • Guide consumers to the right resources involved in buying or selling real estate property.

Mission

The Chambre immobilière de l’Estrie is a non-profit organization founded in 1952 by a group of brokers who were concerned about the quality of services to customers. Today, it is part of an association of 12 regional real estate boards, known as the Fédération des Chambres immobilières du Québec.

The Chambre immobilière de l’Estrie is also part of the Canadian Real Estate Association, which brings together 10 provincial associations.

The mission of the Chambre immobilière de l’Estrie is to actively promote and protect the profession as well as the professional interests of its members, while helping them achieve their business goals and upgrade their knowledge and skills. The board also works to inform the public on matters of real estate interest.
